Исследование прогресса кардиотоксичности, вызванной ингибиторами иммунных контрольных точек PD-1/PD-L1

Кардиотоксичность (КТ) является серьезным побочным эффектом противоопухолевых препаратов, особенно рецептора смерти 1 (PD-1) или лиганда смерти 1 (PD-L1). Ингибиторы иммунной контрольной точки (ИКТ) привлекли к себе широкое внимание в последние годы. В статье описан прогресс в изучении КТ, вызванной PD-1 и PD-1/PD-L1 ингибиторами ИКТ. Представлен обзор ингибиторов ИКТ PD-1 и PD-1/PD-L1, их проявления КТ, потенциальные механизмы, методы диагностики и лечения.
