Гангренозная пиодермия при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника
Гангренозная пиодермия (ГП) обычно сочетается с другими болезнями, наиболее часто c воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника (ВЗК) и поэтому является полидисциплинарной проблемой. В обзоре рассмотрены взаимосвязь заболеваний, диагностика ГП, местная и системная терапия. ГП часто требует пересмотра терапии ВЗК. Рандомизированных исследований по лечению ГП почти не проводилось, наиболее доказана эффективность глюкортикостероидов, циклоспорина и ингибиторов фактора некроза опухоли-α. Сообщения о позитивном влиянии на ГП ряда биологических препаратов и малых молекул позволяют выбирать терапию, наиболее показанную при кишечном процессе.Якубовский А.В., Соколовский Е.В.
