Амоксициллин+[клавулановая кислота] в лечении инфекций нижних дыхательных путей

Амоксициллин+клавулановая кислота — ингибиторозащищенный аминопенициллин, широко применяемый более 40 лет для лечения внебольничных инфекций нижних дыхательных путей. Препарат эффективен против основных возбудителей внебольничной пневмонии (ВП) и обострений хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ), включая Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae и других. Несмотря на рост устойчивости некоторых штаммов, использование повышенных доз амоксициллина с клавулановой кислотой позволяет преодолеть некоторые виды устойчивости, обеспечивая высокую эффективность при хорошей переносимости. Амоксициллин/клавуланат является препаратом выбора для лечения респираторных инфекций, включая ВП, обострения ХОБЛ и хронического бронхита, а также бактериальных инфекций верхних дыхательных путей.
